It has been way too long since I have visited my blog but winter's end is near! The birds are singing in the mornings and the days are getting longer. Too bad we are forced to change the clocks again on the 14th! and will again be plunged into morning darkness. When will the powers to be get the idea that Daylight Savings Time is a joke! We should remain on standard time and forget about the change. We are not an agricultural society, our children are not milking the cows. It has been shown, at least I have read, that daylight savings time does not save energy, rather it wastes more energy. Maybe if we all take a stand we could make this go away, think about it.

Anyway, spring is coming, even though we have been blanketed by snow since early December, the B'haven will launch on May 1st and sailing will begin.

Maybe next time I will launch a tirade against roundabouts! See ya'll later.
